Our network is always traveling. We leave often beautiful homes empty while we do because renting our places has become a headache.

We deal with high fees, unaccountable strangers as guests or even legal action from the city and/or landlords

Avoid this headache by using your own vetted extended network for housing swaps, sublets, vacation rentals, and curated trips.

VETTED GUESTS

Guests can build on the relationships in their network, while finding inexpensive housing situations from accountable hosts.

Approvals for membership is based on proximity and direct referrals in the existing network. With each new member, more connections are needed for approvals. Membership is capped at 300 (for now).

GRACIOUS HOSTS

Hosts can trust those in their extended network will have their interests in mind.

All vetted guests agree to discretion and orderliness.
This private network is the base, but hosts can opt for a public facing profile and give access to non members using a code.

FLAT DUES

A low upfront flat membership due for involvement in the network enables users to avoid high transaction costs for both member guests and hosts.

The intention of this network is to save members money, make members money and coordinate our travels. When or if profitable, revenues are to be returned to invested members.

CURATED EXPERIENCES

The housing options profiled will also reflect the choices for the curated travel experiences our group embarks on throughout the year all over the world.

This platform will help facilitate (mostly group) housing options, and coordination for events in our network. Imagine nature excursions, birthday trips, and holiday adventures like for New Years Eve.

LAND TRUST

Eventually we hope to have two tiers of membership, normal and invested.

The invested members will contribute to purchases in a land trust of vacation rentals, whose revenues will be returned back to the network. 1000 dollars across 300 people could be the downpayment and development costs for 1 or 2 extraordinary properties a year.
